Shipping agency services for the dredging complex at the ports of Bolshoy Kamen and Vladivostok

Dredging works of the 3rd stage of construction of Zvezda SBC were carried out from April to December of 2019 with large-scale preparations that began in the fall of 2018. To implement dredging, both on its own, by towing and on board of a semi-submersible vessel to Vladivostok arrived a complex of 13 vessels, including a specialized dredge — currently one of the most expensive dredging equipment in the world. As a part of this project, SDS Shipping specialists were engaged in the customary work of the ship agents such as: vessel’s entry and departure registration, crew rotation, obtainment of all necessary permits and approvals from the government agencies, organization of the pilotage and towing support.
